62% employees received salary hike this year, 52% deem it fair: Study
As per the report, at entry-level professionals (0-3 years experience) 62 per cent of the total respondents claimed that they did not receive any appraisal this year, 10 per cent received a 5 to 10 per cent hike and 9 per cent received a 0 to 5 per cent hike.
