The National Industrial Court, Abuja Division has barred the Police Service Commission, the Inspector-General of Police and Force Secretary, Nigeria Police from retiring DCP Simon Lough (SAN) and all members of course 20 (Force Entrant) of the Police Academy prematurely from the force.
