Billie Ray Lee WILMINGTON — Retired U.S. Air Force Master Sgt. Billie Ray Lee, 81, passed away Wednesday, Dec. 30, 2020, at Davis Health Care Center-Cambridge Village. Bill was born Nov. 1 1939, in Blount County, Alabama, to Lamion Lee and Dorothy Sweatt Lee. He attended J.B. Pennington High School before marrying Betty Sue Herndon of Blountsville, Alabama, in 1956.
