Wicked Local A member of the Arlington Police Department has been placed on administrative leave following a complaint from a Somerville resident who was detained police following a pursuit by officers.  "In consultation with the town's labor counsel, we determined that this was the best move for all parties going forward while the investigation is continuing," Town Manager Adam  Chapdelaine said in an interview.
