Married couple Ian Brennan and Marilena Umuhoza Delli seek out unconventional musical talent in parts of the globe that have experienced genocide, war, and dire poverty. The coupleâs first project was a 2010 documentary, âRwandaâ Mama,â by Ms. Delli, who is Italian and Rwandan.
