On May 30th of last year, police say a suspect pulled a man out of his vehicle to a home, and proceeded to assault him several times, and forced the victim to inhale and ingest unknown substances. The victim was then forced to transfer money to his assailant. 30-year-old Daniel Scott faces charges including Robbery and Forcible Confinement, and he remains in custody, to appear in Regina Provincial Court on May 4th.

Article content Amaranth RCMP are asking for the assistance of the community and surrounding areas in locating Greg Mitchell Levasseur at large on a Warrant of Arrest. Levasseur is described as a 30-year-old Indigenous male with a heavy build, standing 5’9” tall, weighing approximately 210 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen in Amaranth, Manitoba on March 31, 2021, and is presently facing charges of; Assault, Assault with a Weapon, Uttering Threats, Forcible Confinement, Resist Arrest, Being Unlawfully at Large and two counts of Failing to Comply with a Release Order....
