Police Arrest Forest Smugglers, Seize 4 Horses SRINAGAR: Police arrested two timber smugglers along with 4 horses laden with illicit timber in Central Kashmir’s Budgam district. Sources said that these smugglers were arrested from Sugen Bathipora Forest area of Khag by a police party from police station Khag. “We intercepted duo who were carrying illicit timber on 4 horses.
