DWR increases fishing limits at 10 waterbodies in Utah In anticipation of low water levels due to drought conditions, we’ve issued some emergency changes to Utah’s fishing regulations. These changes will allow anglers to catch and keep more fish at 10 waterbodies around the state. These changes are effective immediately and will remain in effect until Oct. 31, 2021.
