City of Vancouver said it will give back the performance security payment “with set conditions that the funds be used by OSS to pay its financial obligations associated with the cancelled event, which may include refunding ticket-holders, suppliers, and/or event sponsors, as appropriate.”

An electric race car event known as Formula E and three days of related events that were set to take place in Vancouver this summer have been cancelled, according to the company promoting the event.
