ANGOLA — Shawnee Construction will be doing the second roofing project at the Carnegie Public Library of Steuben County after the library board awarded the Fort Wayne-based company the bid on Monday. Shawnee was the only bidder for the roofing project, which had an estimated price of $270,000.
