the jury is kept in the dark about some of these plans, particularly sentencing. here the prosecution is going for the maximum allowed. these are the proper charges. just because they are probably put forth doesn t mean there s a proper basis conviction. officers were convicted in cases recently. there was a transit officer in california where the jury rejected the most serious charges but did find him guilty on the lesser offense and gave him two years. but that case showed how the jurors struggled with this. and all of these cases, the officers clearly that raises the public debate to either of these laws should be narrowed and clarified. that you need something far
