Fostering Our Graduates has its first graduation celebration Ashland Times Gazette Fostering Our Graduates grew out of a passion between two friends who have been discussing this idea for years as they both watch the needs of the foster system grow within the Ashland community, according to a news release from Fostering Our Graduates.
