Man allegedly hits woman with car in Talofofo

A 36-year-old man was arrested by the Guam Police Department in connection with a car that allegedly intentionally a woman with her daughter and niece as they were walking toward San Miguel Catholic Church in Talofofo, according to a release sent by Guam Police Department spokesman Sgt. Paul Tapao.
Eighty Four Santier, 36, was seen by witnesses driving a white Scion XB before allegedly intentionally hitting a woman known to him with the vehicle as she walked with her daughter and niece, the release said.
