Three more industrial facilities coming to Berkeley County

Share A construction project that will bring a 100,000-square-foot flexible packaging facility to Orangeburg is underway, led by Frampton Construction Co. LLC. Brookwood Capital Partners is developer for the Indevco Plastics industrial project. Construction on the design-build project began in February and is currently in the sitework phase, according to a news release.
