And having had his own studios before, he built another one there. It's named Studio Phenix, which is the nickname of his Gibson Les Paul, the one on the cover of Frampton Comes Alive. He calls it that because it was found 30 years after it was thought to have been lost in plane crash, so it's like a Phoenix rising from the ashes.
