Death-shot suspect convicted of murder in Warren gas station shooting
A Macomb County jury convicted Joshua Malik Carter in the death of Talal Shamo in March 2022 in the parking lot of a Marathon gas station at Ryan and Nine Mile roads following a four-day trial and four to five hours of deliberations over two days in circuit court.
