Pine Ridge woman charged with twenty felonies

Frenchone Kills in Water), age 40, appeared before US Magistrate Judge Daneta Wollmann on Dec. 2 and pleaded guilty to twenty felony counts. One Horn faces seven counts of Assault Resulting in Serious Bodily Injury, seven counts of Assault with a Dangerous Weapon, four counts of Maiming, one count Health Care Fraud, and one count Obtaining Controlled Substances by Fraud.
