Bowie County The biggest project going on in Bowie County is the Interstate -30 widening project. Construction is ongoing from Kings Highway in Nash to the Arkansas State Line. Eastbound traffic on Interstate 30 will be moved to the outside lanes. Concrete barriers are being installed as well. State Highway 8 – At Sulphur River, replacing bridges. State Highway 93 – Between US 82 and US 67, installing sidewalks. State Highway 98 – At Anderson Creek, replacing the bridge.
