Sebi bans Mehul Choksi from stock markets for 10 years
A Sebi probe found that Mehul Choksi allegedly created false and misleading appearance of trading in the shares of Gitanjali Gems by using and funding front entities in executing manipulated trades; monetary penalty of Rs 5 crore also imposed on Choksi.
