SEC New Proposal to Expand Dealer Registration Requirements
SEC has proposed two new rules that, if adopted, would dramatically expand who may be considered a dealer or a government securities dealer under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended the Exchange Act, and be required to register in such capacity.
