29 December 2020 • 6:00pm 9.30am: Boris Johnson opens five-hour debate on the Brexit deal as MPs are recalled to Parliament. MPs will be able to take part in the debate and the vote remotely because of Tier 4 Covid restrictions. Approximately 2.15pm: Michael Gove closes the debate for the Government. 2.30pm: MPs vote on the EU (Future Relationship) Bill, which will then move to the House of Lords.
