Hideki Yamagishi FWD Fuji Life Insurance (FWD Japan) has appointed Hideki Yamagishi as representative director, president and chief executive, effective January 12.  Norio Tomono will step down as CEO and become FWD's country manager for Japan while still acting as representative director.
