Oza was not available for comment. Oza's associate Vinayak Tiwari said on Thursday, “The party has shifted him (Oza) from UP to Bihar as co-in-charge of the party because it has a focus on Bihar ahead of the 2024 Lok Sabha elections and the 2025 [Bihar] Assembly polls.”
