Jan 19, 2021 GALLIPOLIS — One person was killed Sunday morning in an accident on Ohio 7 in Gallia County, the Gallipolis Post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol said. Richard J. Koeber, 57, Vinton, Ohio, died from injuries from a collision with a 2020 Chevrolet Silverado pick-up truck driven by Jordan A. Russell, 31, West Portsmouth, the patrol said.
