WARREN SCOTT Staff writer WELLSBURG — A Wellsburg man has been charged with the sexual abuse of a child in a case officials say isn’t related to his position as a security guard working with Brooke County Schools. According to court documents, Glenn A. Jones Sr., 69, of Wellsburg, has been charged with the sexual abuse of a child under 16 years of age who had been in his care. Following preliminary hearings in Brooke County Magistrate Court, his case is pending in the First Judicial Circuit Court.
