Suspect Gary Matig-a (Muntinlupa Police/ MANILA BULLETIN) Police identified the suspect as vendor Gary Cadapa Matig-a, 44, of Upper Sucat, Bgy. Sucat in Muntinlupa who was nabbed at about 11:45 a.m. on Dec. 31. Matig-a’s arrest was based on Muntinlupa Ordinance 14-092, which imposed a total ban on firecrackers in the city.
