Investigators are trying to figure out what went wrong in a deadly and horrific tv news helicopter crash. the chopper smashed into a street yesterday morning a few hundred yards from the space needle. it hit three cars setting them on fire and spewed burning fuel down that street. experienced pilot gary pfitzner was on board. they were pronounced dead at the scene. >> he was one of the nicest men ever and so loved and respected. because he was a -- he was a great photographer but he was just a great person. >> a third man was seriously injured. he was on fire when he escaped from his car. the ...
