Lisa Daughtery filed a complaint Dec. 15 in the St. Clair County Circuit Court against Ronald Tyler, Jr, Karen Tyler, Sherry Nelms and Ronald Tyler, Sr. Daughtery alleges in her complaint that she was an "invited guest" at the defendants' residence on Price Street in Cahokia on Sept. 19.
