The Prime Minister has said the government will ban the american xl bully dog by the end of the year. The breed has been blamed for a series of attacks on people in recent years. Rishi sunak s announcement comes after the death of a man in staffordshire yesterday who was set upon by two dogs thought to be of the bully breed. A 30 year old man has been arrested on suspicion of manslaughter. Phil mackie reports. Another victim of the American Bully Xl.
