KOTA BARU, May 17 Patients admitted to the Covid-19 Quarantine and Low Risk Treatment Centre (PKRC) are urged not to hide their health problems as this will make it difficult for various parties especially the healthcare providers.

Covid-19: 50,000 fully vaccinated, 1,800 no-shows for second phase in Kelantan

KOTA BARU (Bernama): A total of 50,000 individuals in Kelantan, including frontliners, have completed their two doses of the Covid-19 vaccine shots for the first and second phases of the National Covid-19 Immunisation Programme so far.
However, Kelantan state health department director Datuk Dr Zaini Hussin said 1,800 out of 9,000 vaccine recipients who registered for the second phase, involving the elderly and at risk categories, failed to show up for their scheduled appointments.
We hope they will inform us earlier if they cannot make the scheduled appointment for their vaccinations to avoid wastage.
If we are informed early, we can prepare a standby list of recipients for vaccination as we have a waiting list for the same category, he told reporters after visiting the Covid-19 Quarantine and Low-Risk Treatment Centre at Gelanggan Seni here Sunday (May 16).
