this morning for the first time in more than three years, the u.s. border officials are processing migrants without title 42, policy that allowed for quick and almost instant expulsion. that expired overnight. so over the last few days, there have been historic numbers at the border, but today, so far, it is important to note that our reporters there tell us that they are seeing long but orderly lines and no real change from last few days, and not the chaos so far that had been feared. but, the challenges remain, and the administration officials say it could get worse. this is browns...
