Doing that i do expect them to make a request for a bill particular, essentially get more detail, i think that will be granted they certainly will be raising some legal arguments, becaus this would be the first case that's litigated that migh involve a federal election prime, bringing up or bumpin up the misdemeanor to a felony i could see emotion on that, but in new york, you don't hav a right to appeal. any appeal would come later. i think as a practical matter, they're unlikely to get this case thrown out. usually the cases that do ou very unusual, and so the certainly have some chance o do...
