CABANATUAN CITY, Nueva Ecija - At least six of this province's 32 towns and cities were "cleared" of active coronavirus disease 2019 (Covid-19) as of Monday, according to the report of the Nueva Ecija Inter-Agency Task Force (NEIATF) on Tuesday. The NEIATF said these local government units were the municipality of Talugug in the province's second district; Gabaldon and General Natividad in the third district; and Jaen, Penaranda and Cabiao in the fourth district. The total number of active cases in Nueva Ecija was placed at 126, a decline from 179 on November 24, the NEIATF report showed. The province's first district registered the highest active cases at 47, followed by the third district with 36. Of the active cases as of November 29, a total of 53 was admitted in hospitals, six in quarantine facilities, and 68 were under home quarantine.
