• Feb 2, 2021 Aloha Mahina ʻŌlelo Hawaiʻi iā kākou! February is Hawaiian Language Month here in Hawaiʻi, and I'll be celebrating it by choosing an ʻōlelo noʻeau (Hawaiian proverb) to frame and theme each show this month. Tonight's ʻōlelo noʻeau is number 2801 in Pukui's book: "Ua ka ua, kahe ka wai" or " When it rains, the waters flow." All of the mele in tonight's show will be themed around the rains, mists, dews, and freshwater.
