The discovery of more asbestos on the derelict fire damaged fishing vessel Dong Won 701 has forced changes to the resource consent allowing disposal of the vessel. A new report recommending changes to the consent to dispose of the vessel off the Otago coast was adopted by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) last week.
