The mound of dirt and metal barrels was installed on Birch Avenue last month DEVELOPERS have been ordered to remove an ‘eyesore’ mound of dirt and metal barrels installed on a residential street. Residents were left ‘appalled’ after the work was carried out on Birch Avenue by Satnam, which owns the land at neighbouring Peel Hall, last month. The unsightly mess replaced a fence which was previously installed in the area, but was subsequently damaged by vandals.
