2 Mindanao cops face raps over alleged extortion
MANILA - Two police non-commissioned officers (PNCOs) assigned with the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (BARMM) are now facing charges for their alleged involvement in extortion activities.
