Gymnasium capital project: Total expected cost about $6.5 million, will result in no new costs for taxpayers, passed 221 to 22
Belleville Henderson: Budget $11,374,742: yes 216, no 73
One seat for a five-year term

Michael J. Billman: 68 votes
David P. Bartlett: 27 votes
Carthage: Budget $65,752,853: yes 226, no 24
Two seats for three-year terms
Incumbent Garry E. Schwartz: 210 votes
Incumbent Anne Rohr: 229 votes
Library proposition authorizing $140,000 for the village of Carthage Free Library and $98,500 for the Sally Ploof Hunter Memorial Library, passed 217 to 32

Budgets, elections and propositions will be voted on May 18 at all St. Lawrence County schools . Below is a list of schools in the area that includes budget information and voting day details. 
Potsdam Central School District
Potsdam Central School District voters will be asked to approve a $35,815,351 budget for the 2021-22 school year the includes a 1.58% tax levy increase and raises $14,167,364 for the district. ....

Parisvhille-Hopkinton school approves final spending plan, vote set for May

PARISHVILLE Parishville-Hopkinton Central’s proposed $12.2M spending plan increases spending by 1.8% from last year.
“No one knows yet what the tax rates are going to be for the next school year,” said Superintendent Bill Collins. “That will not be determined until the budget passes, the property assessments by township are completed, and the equalization rates are set by township”
The latest school tax rates by township are as follows: Hopkinton, $16.919813; Parishville, $261.241569; Potsdam, $16.919813 and Stockholm, $18.711322.
This year’s proposed budget is $12,254,826, and last year’s budget was $12,136,504.
The projected tax levy for 2021-22 is $81,363. ....
