Indians were granted the most number of German Work Visas in 2022
Germany granted a total of 17,379 work visas to Indians last year, with the highest number issued by the German Consulate General in Bangalore. Turkish nationals were the second-largest beneficiaries of work visas, followed by Bosnians, Kosovars, Russians, Albanians, and North Macedonians. Germany's economy registered zero growth in the second quarter, confirming a bleak outlook amid an industrial slowdown and stubborn inflation.
