Florida organization for foster care services sees increase in demand for foster care
"That affects every side of the system. That’s the relative caregivers taking them in, licensed foster homes, and then neighborhood foster care. We’re all seeing an increase currently," Charles Bender, the founding CEO of Place of Hope, told WPBF 25 News.
