Wenatchee city council were asked to extend these grants for Columbia River Local Homeless Housing Task Force, from June 30, 2023 to through Dec. 31, 2024.
Community Development Director Glen DeVries shared that the initial delivery date was pushed from April to July.
Delivery is expected to be in mid-April and these units should be readily available by the Summer of 2023.
This would increase the total contract cost to $2,090,554.36, from the original cost of $1,529,127.29, and extended it into Dec. 2024.
