MSHP Arrest Reports For April 1, 2021 The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested 29-year-old Michael D. Schlotman of Warrensburg at 3:42 p.m. Wednesday in Cass County. He was wanted on three failure to appear warrants out of Bates County, and a Warrensburg Police warrant for Assault on a Law Enforcement Officer. Schlotman was also charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Schlotman was taken to the Cass County Detention Center, where he was booked and released.
