City police arrest Rochester man for operating on a controlled substance
An early morning traffic stop by Officer Schieber with the Plymouth Police Department resulted in the arrest of a Rochester man. At about 12:35 on Tuesday morning, March 12th, the city officer initiated a traffic stop for a registration violation on Lake Avenue near Glenn Overmeyer Drive. During the officer's investigation, suspected marijuana was located.
