Lyman Real Estate pays $1M for Glastonbury commercial building; redevelopment eyed
A 4,486-square-foot Glastonbury commercial building recently sold for $1 million to an active real estate brokerage, development and investment firm. In a sale recorded July 29, 2800 Main Street LLC sold the 48-year-old brick building on a little more than a half-acre at 2800 Main St. to Lyman Flex LLC. The principal of the seller is Glenroy Patterson, a mental health counselor based in East Hartford. Patterson was CEO of Trading Spaces ABA, a mental and behavioral health center that previously operated out of the Glastonbury building.
