What do you have here? can you show me what all this is? i certainly can. let s start over here. those are gliding disks. it s one of two. they are fabulous for people who feel that they don t want to workout in the hotel s exercise room because that s a big excuse. always too dark and dank. or they might not feel safe enough to go outside and jog if they re not familiar with the area. so sliding disks, they actually come with a dvd. you pop them on your feet or hands. i d do a demonstration, but i m in a dress. you get the idea. your feet then move and you can slide on a rug or a floor. exactly. so it covers both hotel rooms. but it s completely cardiovascular. that s what s wonderful. you only need to do five or ten minutes to get your heart rate going. excellent. raw chocolate. uh-oh. so you can have your treat ....
