Global Directions think tank Managing Director Keith Suter says there is "no obvious culprit" for the Nord Stream pipeline leaks. "It doesn't make sense for Russia to destroy that pipeline, but it doesn't make sense for anyone else to destroy that either," Mr Suter told Sky News Australia. "It's a real mystery."
