NEW YORK STATE POLICE ¯ KENNEDY — Patrick Griffin, 64, of Randolph, was charged with driving while intoxicated. Griffin was stopped Monday on Route 62 in Kennedy for a traffic violation. He was taken into custody after allegedly failing several field sobriety tests and transported to UPMC Chautauqua where a blood sample was secured. Griffin is scheduled to appear in Poland Town Court later. ¯ Joshua Bender, 35, of Randolph, was charged with first-degree criminal contempt and second-degree aggravated harassment.
