Improvements are coming to three major intersections near the new Amazon facility in the Upper Lafayette/Carencro area. Earlier today, State representative Vincent Pierre and Chairman of the Transportation Committee and Senator Gerald Boudreaux held a public hearing at the Carencro Community Center. The stakeholder meeting was arranged to discuss traffic related to the massive new Amazon facility being constructed at the old Evangeline Downs property site.
