Excelsior Correspondent JAMMU, Feb 21: A three- day Sculptors Camp organized by ‘Dhruva Satya- The Atelier Studio’, Birpur, dedicated to Late Gobind Kour, 1st contemporary woman sculptor of Jammu, concluded with the distribution of certificates to the participating artists.
