Burlington man arrested in connection with knife attack
Burlington, IA- The Burlington Police Department has announced the arrest of a Burlington man in connection with a knife attack. On Monday, at about 9:38 AM, Burlington Police and Fire Departments were dispatched to the 700 Block of Aetna Street for a report of an assault involving a knife. Upon arrival, authorities located a 43-year-old man with a knife wound in his leg. The Burlington Fire Department transported the man to Southeast Iowa Regional Medical Center for treatment.
